Students used bar soap, instead of a pencil, to create a drawing on black paper. Next, they created a dynamic design with Prismacolor Art Stixs and oil pastels. Lastly, they "washed" the surface of the paper, allowing the soap to lift, and bold black outlines to remain!

December- Snowflakes!
Some students liked to use pre-printed plans to make precise snowflakes, while other students were improvisational and created snowflakes with designs from their imaginations. Many students decided to put their snowflakes on display in the hallway!
November- Acrylic Fall Sky Paintings!
October- Model Magic Pumpkins!
Students mixed red, yellow, and blue Model Magic to make pumpkins and other creatures from their imagination!
September- Poppin' Prints!
Art club members printed with bubble wrap to create dynamic sketchbook covers.
